Since our founding on October 28, 2004, we have been based in Shibuya, Tokyo, engaged in the leasing, sales brokerage and management of real estate as well as the development of apartment and multi-unit residential buildings. From 2006 we devoted particular effort to opening up the real-estate market for Chinese residents in Japan, and today we handle properties throughout the Greater Tokyo Area, centered on Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa and Saitama.
Our management philosophy is "Maximizing the value of real-estate assets through trust and proven results." A property contract is one of the few truly major decisions a person makes in a lifetime. That is precisely why we do not chase the transaction immediately in front of us, but make proposals with an eye on how our clients will live, and how their assets will stand, ten and twenty years from now.
